Service Modifications
You agree that Trezr reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of the Services with or without notice to you, and that Trezr will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, to you or any other person in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, any such modifications or discontinuance.
Membership and Registration
If you become a unique member of Trezr, you accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer so others outside your household or workplace may not access Trezr using your account. If you believe someone has accessed Trezr using your username and password without your authorization, e-mail us immediately using the contact link at the bottom of this form.
Interactive Areas on Trezr
Given the volume of updates and nature of Trezr postings, Trezr cannot and does not monitor all of the material posted or transmitted by users. To protect your safety and the safety of others, please use your best judgment when utilizing your account. International Users
Trezr is operated, controlled, and administered from its offices within the United States of America. If you access Trezr from an extramural location, that is, outside the United States of America, you are held responsible for compliance with the area's applicable laws.
